Nextler LLC ("Nextler," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website nextlerllc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us directly. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on the Site, and we do not passively collect browsing data about you.
Contact form.When you submit our contact form, we collect your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, request type, the equipment/component/service you're asking about, and any message you write.
Newsletter sign-up. If you opt in to our newsletter (via the contact form checkbox or the footer sign-up), we collect your email address and, where provided, your name.
Bot / spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from a real person rather than an automated bot. Turnstile processes certain technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and browser/device characteristics) to make that determination. This runs through Cloudflare, not us; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy for details on what Cloudflare collects and how it's used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiry and provide the equipment information, quotes, or support you requested; send you our newsletter if you opted in; keep basic business records of customer and prospect communications; and detect and prevent spam or abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Who We Share Information With
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site and run our business. We share information with them only as needed to provide their service to us, and not for their own independent use:
- Resend: the email platform we use to send contact-form notifications, confirmation emails, and our newsletter.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): used to verify contact-form submissions are from real visitors, not bots.
- Netlify: the hosting provider that serves the Site and processes standard web request/connection data as part of delivering it to your browser.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nextler, our customers, or others.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide, and we work with service providers (Resend, Cloudflare, Netlify) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies
The Site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, described above, may set cookies on its own domain as part of verifying that a visitor is human; these are used for bot detection and security, not for tracking you across other websites.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain normal business records, and newsletter contact information for as long as you remain subscribed. You can request that we delete your information at any time; see "Your Choices" below.
7. Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us at Sales@NextlerLLC.com. You can also contact us at that address to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. International Visitors
Nextler LLC is based in Pennsylvania, USA, and this Site is operated from and for the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
